I love the color. So far, I've made only 2 batches of brownies. The first one I made without reading the directions carefully, and I used the wire wisk by mistake. When I made the second batch, I used the correct beater and was very pleased with the way it mixed the ingredients together. It is easy to lock in the bowl and beaters and change the speeds.
