I just made the best whipping cream with my new mixer. It was the perfect consistency. I always thought it was me, but now I know I wasn't using the right equipment. The hand-held mixers just can't do it, even my old (similar type, different brand)couldn't whip the cream so perfectly. I also made cinnamon rolls, and the dough turned out great, I used to have to add too much flour to get it to knead right, but this dough turned out really tender. I used the flour guard, but it didn't really seem to help that much, it doesn't sit tight on the bowl, and it was hard to pour into. The mixer does seem top-heavy, and I was afraid it would "travel", but it hasn't moved at all. Over-all I'm delighted with the mixer and wished I had thrown my old brand out sooner.
