I keep my mixer on the counter top in a handy place because I use it for most all my mixing needs. I hope to order the additional attachments to make all my mixing, jucing and chopping needs easier. I even make my deviled eggs in the mixer. Once one is used to having it handy and available, there is no reason not to use it.
