LOVE LOVE LOVE this mixer. After using a Sunbeam for years (and it was still a good mixer), I am still amazed at how easily this mixer handles large or heavy amounts of ingredients. Cakes are a BREEZE! Icing is no longer a chore - this mixer will handle more than one batch with no problem. I personally haven't made bread yet - my mom has the same mixer and she said she can make dough with her Kitchen Aid without a hitch.
