Bought this for the girlfriend for Christmas. Since she mostly bakes and based on the 6 Quart reviews it seemed like this was the perfect fit. She loves it. She always had an issue with her cheese cakes cracking and we think it's because when using the hand mixer you tend to rush and not mix enough. Those days are long gone. First cheese cake and no cracks, she can add the items and let it rip forever and not get tired.
