I really want to review Amazon on this purchase more than the mixer, as we all know this mixer is the best thing since sliced bread, if you watch the Food Network, they all have this mixer. 'nuff said...
It's really Amazon I'm giving 5 stars - when I got this mixer upon first use it made an odd metal on metal sound in the lower gears, the head "wobbled" and had a strong burning plastic smell. Obviously, no matter how good a product is, they all have lemons. So, I requested a replacement from Amazon. They processed everything lightening fast with no hesitation. I have my new one sitting here already, they were having problems with me printing a return label, so a an advanced credit is in my bank account for the shipping and I have 30 days to return the first one. I love Amazon. Not to mention I got the absolutely most fantastic price on this mixer (and the $25 discount on top of that)! By the way, if you shop on Amazon much, the Prime pays for itself over and over.
