My husband bought me this mixer mainly for the purpose of kneading dough. I love this mixer as it has made it so easy for me to bake bread. It does a better job of kneading than when I would knead the dough manually. I love the fact that it's one machine that one will ever need and I am able to use many attachements for many different things.
