I have really enjoyed using my new mixer. It works great! I have trouble with my shoulder mixing things like cookies and kneading bread dough so this machine does it all for me. I have already made bread, many batches of cookies and a cake with my new Artisan and love the trouble it saves me mixing everthing by hand.
