I bought this mixer for my girlfriend for Christmas. I ended up giving it to her early because I knew she would get a lot of use out of it with her Christmas cookie baking. It did a fantastic job! Whatever dough she through at it, didn't slow it down one bit. The motor in this machine is very powerful. I was also impressed with how well the beater scraped all of the mix off of the inside the bowl. We are now looking at getting grinder attachment to make homemade sausage. Great mixer!
