I got my Kitchenaid at the end of November, 2004, and it's wonderful! Mixing up a batch of cookies now takes no time whatsoever. Even for more labor-intensive recipes, I'm pretty much done in fifteen minutes.
As suggested in one of the online articles I read, I selected a permanent location in my kitchen for my Kitchenaid prior to its arrival and, even now, when I'm not using it, I have to admit to casting a doting glance or two in its direction. I went with the standard white, and thought before receiving it, that I was going to be bored with it, since it's not one of the more intriguing colors. Now that I have it, though, the color doesn't even make a difference - white works with my kitchen, but even if it didn't, I'll NEVER part with my Kitchenaid!
