Has there ever been anyone who wasn't delighted with their KitchenAid mixer? These beasts are the standard for mixing, whether it's the tabletop mixers so many of us enjoy, the big Hobart-labeled version found in bakeries, or the *really* big Hobart mixers used to prepare rocket fuel at Thiokol and similar companies.
