I rec'd this as a birthday gift from my wonderful inlaws. I have nothing but positive things to say about this product and the service I rec'd from KitchenAid. The mixer was bought from Amazon and was rec'd damaged (paint chips). KitchenAid sent me a new one right away and took care of the return. My experience with the company and the quality of their products has convinced me that when I need a new small appliance, KitchenAid is the company to buy from.
