At first I thought that my mixer would be too cumbersome to use on a regular basis. I was WRONG! It's easy to assemble, it's easy to take apart and it's easy to clean. The pouring shield that is included is an absolute must-have. The beater, dough hook & whisk that are included are sturdy and thorough.
