I bought my mixer two and a half months ago and it up and died -- just seized without warning. Prior to that, I had used it about five times a week for about fifteen minutes a clip with no problem. It was glorious! True to their hassle-free replacement warranty, I called up and another one is on the way and they'll take this one back, no questions asked, all for free.
