I got my Kitchenaid Artisan mixer in Majestic Yellow about 2 weeks ago, and I LOVE it! I've made dips, cakes, meatloaf, and am going to make cookies with it today. I did have to adjust the beater clearance, and did so using the suggestion posted here about putting a dime in the bowl. My husband has encouraged me to get one for a few years because I bake a lot of Christmas cookies, but I was afraid that I wouldn't use it enough to make it worth the money, and I don't have much counter space to keep it out. Boy, do I wish I would have bought it sooner! I love it so much that I MADE room on the counter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who spends any kind of time in the kitchen.
