Fabulous machine. I did a lot of research on the various mixers out there in the market, before I purchased this one & about the only hard decisions I had to make was whether to get the Classic or Artisan model & in what color. I use this machine for almost everything, from batters to meatloaf & pasta dough. The motor is fairly quiet, yet is strong enought to mix pasta dough.
