After wanting one for many years, I finally was in a position to fulfill a wish and buy this mixer--(kids have all left home and the dog has died--no one needs shoes, orthodontists, doctors, vets, or tuition.) I am very pleased with this mixer. It's a real workhorse. The only downside I can think of is it's weight,(and isn't that true for many of us!) I like to keep it out of the way, and moving it to the workspace is certainly going to help me develop some mighty muscles.
