I love my new mixer. It handled stiff cookie dough just fine. Am hoping to get the shredder attachment soon. It fits neatly into my tambour rolling door corner appliance garage, and slides right out when I need it. The larger version is too tall for this. This is the perfect size for the amount of cooking I do these days.
