This is the best mixer we've ever had...It practically does everything for you; just set it up, turn it on and forget about it for a while. There are plenty of attachments for just about any culinary need. I've not owned a KitchenAid product before; however others have told me that they outlast any other manufacturer on the market...As for Amazon...They were a breeze to do business with...The item was sent directly from the manufacturer and it arrived within a couple of days.
