I was a little intimitated at the size of the mixer not having worked with one before. The first time I plugged it in and used it I fell in love! This is so easy to use for even the most inexperienced baker, it is fool proof. I am using it for everything from baking goodies to preparing a full dinner for us. Clean up is fast and easy, and I am constantly looking for new things to make using my mixer.
