I've owned more hand-held mixers in my life time than I can count. I finally bought a winner with this one. I blew out the motor on my last small mixer making divinity and decided that was it. Time to invest in a heavy duty machine that would last through a batch of divinity. It is so easy to use and I feel like a professional chef every time I use it.
