I was excited about the price I paid for the mixer but when I received it in the mail I wish I would have bought from a different retailer. The mixer was sent in its original box. It was extremely beat up and torn. Therefore the product also looked like it had taken a beating as well. The price was great but after seeing the condition it arrived in I was very dissapointed.
