Just received this a couple weeks ago. First, I must say that this is just beautiful. I wouldn't dare store it in the cupboard, I proudly display it on my counter. And it is so functional. I use it almost everyday. Very versatile and clean-up is a breeze. I made lemon bars the other day. First, I used the mixer to combine the crust ingredients, which by hand, is not easy to get the correct consistency. Once I got the crust in the oven it only took a minute to clean the bowl and paddle and mix the filling, which was ready and I still had 10 minutes to wait for the crust. This machine was intimidating to me at first. I was almost scared to use it, fearing that it would take me days to read the manual, figure out the parts, which accessory to use and what speed to use. The manual has an easy-to-read handy chart for each of these categories that outlines everything for you. I refer to it often.
I only have a couple minor negatives. First, even with the pouring shield on, some of the liquid still manages to come out the opening. I usually just cover that part of the shield with a piece of plastic wrap. And, secondly, and this is the big one - everything comes out perfect with this machine.
