It's a well built food mixer for home use. the only concern that i have with the product is the guard shield. it's very flimsy and it'll often time fall into my batter when i take it off. and the mixer piece keeps hitting it whenever i lift the head up. dispite leaving it off, it's a necessity when you're trying to mix flower. other than that, the mixer really mixes really well. quality construction i would say.
